This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we use it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Data you give us: name, email and phone number, when you fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp or use the chat on the site.
Browsing data: technical data needed for the site to work (e.g. IP address, browser type) and, only if you accept, data collected by the Meta Pixel (see the Cookie Policy).
We do not ask for health information through the site: please don’t include it in forms or chat.

Why we use it and on what basis

To answer your questions and book an introductory call: pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To deliver the services you buy: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
To send you updates and promotional content by email or WhatsApp: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
To measure and improve our advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram): your consent through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
• HighLevel (contact management, website, forms and chat)
• Google (email)
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and the Meta Pixel)
• the professionals on our team, only if you become a client and only as far as needed to support you.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Our company and some providers are based in the United States, so data may be processed outside the European Union. Where this happens, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

Data from people who contact us without becoming clients is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Client data is kept for the length of the relationship and then for as long as the law requires. Data used on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting anything done before. Write to [email protected]: we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
