In Food Harmony you’re not alone. By your side you’ll find a team of professionals united by shared values and a deep connection, both human and professional. We work together every day, sharing ideas and supporting each other to give you complete, consistent and truly personalised care.

Our strength is teamwork: not a sum of skills, but a weaving together of perspectives and sensitivities. We work on nutrition, your relationship with food, movement and much more, always with gentleness, respect and attentive listening.

Every journey is unique, and we’re here to walk alongside you, step by step, in harmony.

Letizia Rossi

Dietitian and Personal Trainer · Expert in people’s relationship with food · Creator of the Food Harmony program

This project is rooted in my own story. For years my relationship with food and my body was obsessive: I was constantly unhappy with how I looked, and I used food and exercise as tools of control rather than as acts of care and love for myself.

To build a more balanced relationship with food, I turned to mindful eating and nutrition education.

That is what drives us: the wish to guide every woman towards a more balanced relationship with food and her body, teaching her to nurture love through food and movement too.

Gentleness and empathy, but also honesty: that’s what you’ll always find from me.

Dietitian with a specialist Master’s in eating and feeding disorders, working with a mindful-eating approach

I chose to work with eating disorders because the subject always drew me in, and when I lived many of these things first-hand, I knew I wanted to help those who needed it.

I never felt comfortable prescribing a traditional plan: I always felt something was missing, which is why I turned to mindful eating.

My work is built on deep empathy for my clients, a 360° understanding of their situation and careful, emotionally present work, always walking hand in hand with the people I support. What matters most to me is that they improve their relationship with food, move past a distorted view of themselves and understand the needs behind a dysfunctional approach to food.

Empathy, warmth and no judgement: that’s what you’ll always find from me.

Yoga teacher and Italian TCTSY facilitator (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga) · Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Kids Yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga

Ever since I began teaching, I’ve created a space where body and soul can feel completely in harmony and at peace. In practice I build a deep connection with each student, removing judgement and performance. I believe strongly in what I do and in what I leave with the people who come to me, and I build bonds of trust so I can support them better.

In my classes no one is ever made to do a movement: the focus is freedom of bodily expression. I want to share the true essence of Yoga in all its forms, including love, kindness and tenderness towards yourself and the world, learning to forgive and care for yourself. All within a calm, safe and welcoming space.

I believe in a way of caring that puts the person at the centre, not control. My work comes from the wish to create a safe, welcoming and respectful space where your relationship with food can be rebuilt calmly, with listening and trust.

During my training I felt the need to go beyond a purely prescriptive approach and study mindful eating and eating disorders in depth. That path helped me build a method grounded in empathy, deep listening and relationship.

It matters deeply to me that you feel safe, free to bring everything you carry, fears, doubts, struggles, without worrying about being judged or feeling “wrong”. I hope that along the way you feel lighter, more supported and understood, and that you learn to trust your inner signals again.

Clinical and image psychologist · Specialised in body image and eating disorders

I’m a clinical and image psychologist, focused on body image and eating disorders. Over the years I’ve specialised in supporting women with an integrated method that works on both mind and body, bringing together image psychology and clinical psychology.

My goal is to help you see yourself with new eyes and stop judging yourself, letting go of labels, stereotypes and the daily battle with the mirror.

In practice, I use hands-on, personalised tools to support you day by day as you rebuild how you see yourself, and to help you feel more confident, free and finally at ease in your body. And, as a result, in your work and relationships too.

Everything you need is already inside you: together we can shed light on it and build a new way of seeing yourself.
